The FVA development project moved onto the business feasibility study phase and full-scale business development has started
January, 2009 mofiria’s logo guideline was formulated
February, 2009 Published the first press release as mofiria of SONY
December, 2009 Release of FVA-U1 in Japan, the first FVA authentication device for Japan market
December, 2010 Spinout from SONY and mofiria Corporation has found
  Satoshi Amagai was appointed as President & CEO
May, 2011 mofiria Corp. has released FAV-U2SX, the first mofiria product.
December, 2011 Release of FVA-E2SX, the embedded module authentication device
June, 2013 Won to participate in the national medical innovation project of Republic of Turkey, where only the Vein Biometric systems were selected
July, 2013 Release of FVA-M1ST, the embedded module with USB/RS-232C connection
February, 2014 mofiria’s FVA device was adopted by Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd. for their ATMs in China market
December, 2014 Release of FVA-U4BT, the first wireless finger vein authentication device in the world.
September, 2015 Release of FVA-U3SX, the new version with USB connection
October, 2015 Release of FVA-M2ST the new version for embedded use
January, 2016 One of our projects “Next-generation finger vein authentication technology development for mobile devices” was adopted as the next generation innovation-creating project, subsidy of Tokyo.
August, 2016 Established ATM business in Middle Eastern region with 01 Systems Corporation of Bahrain
October, 2016 Release of U4ST, the new line-up for USB connection
November, 2017 Provided the newly developed “Hybrid” device to Aeon Bank, which combined Finger-vein and Fingerprint for authentication.
January, 2018 Joined Japan Automatic Identification Association (JAISA)
