On December 6th, our company celebrated its 15th anniversary.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the stern yet encouraging guidance and support we have received from all those involved.
We continue to receive new inquiries, requests, and opportunities every day, which reminds us how quickly time passes.
Thanks to your continued support, we have rarely experienced a “silent” period over these past 15 years.
— That said, during the COVID-19 pandemic, communication with the rest of the world was temporarily disrupted. However, we devoted ourselves to restructuring our internal operations to meet the needs of that critical situation, and our daily activities remained as busy as ever.
To summarize our recent situation, the component shortages that began a couple of years ago have not yet been fully resolved. As a result, our supply chain and cash-flow management continue to face challenges.
Nevertheless, we are increasingly seeing positive signs as follows.
1) Repeat orders for large-scale projects
- A customer who began using our products for PC login security six to seven years ago has now decided to continue their use.
(Although, as mentioned earlier, procuring the necessary components remains difficult.)
2) Growing interest from emerging markets
- We have had good business track records in the medical and financial fields across several Middle Eastern regions. Recently, furthermore , we have received:
① New interest from different industries within the Middle East
② Interest from other Asian countries in healthcare, financial and attendance-check applications
We are currently working with these parties to develop realistic market-entry strategies.
3) Rising interest from developed countries
- In developed regions, fingerprint and facial recognition have long been widely adopted, and there are few local companies that specialize in vein authentication. Consequently, government-level adoption of vein technology had been limited.
Recently, however, the rapid advancement of deepfake technologies has drawn renewed attention to vein authentication—which does NOT use the copyable surface of bodies and is therefore extremely difficult to forge.
4) “Seeing is believing” — Showcasing our products at exhibitions
- As announced on our website, we are showcasing our products, authentication demos, and prototypes under development at the following events:
November: MILIPOL (Paris, France)
December: Meet New Solution (Tokyo, Japan)
January 2026: CES (Las Vegas, USA) - We will analyze the feedback from visitors at each event and use those insights to plan our next actions.
We will keep pushing forward as we head toward our 20th anniversary.
We sincerely appreciate your support and wish you a wonderful New Year.
